Features of 55 mm Monextra 120 C

The 55 mm Monextra 120 C product, used in indoor artificial turf fields for professional football, is made from 100% PE Monofilament. It is durable because it is produced from UV-resistant yarns. The backing of the product is made of fiberglass and fiber felt. This single-layer product has a water permeability of 40 liters. The pile height of the product used during installation is 55mm. The pile weight per square meter is 2400gr. The roll length is prepared specifically according to the dimensions of the field. The seams of the turf are bonded with a two-component adhesive and polyester tape to prevent them from being noticeable. Line widths of 5, 8, 10, 12 cm are determined according to customer preference. The main stages of indoor artificial turf field construction, starting after the area is determined, include excavation for the foundation beam, constructing the reinforced concrete beam, spreading and compacting the gravel, constructing the steel frame, covering the perimeter with chain-link fence and netting, installing lighting, covering the frame with tarpaulin, running the power line, and laying the artificial turf. The tarpaulin, resistant to hot and cold weather, is made of 1.100Dteks and coated with special PVC lacquer, and covers the top and sides of the field with 5mm mooring ropes and safety belts. All sides are zippered for use even in hot summer weather.

Features of Artificial Turf, Scoreboard, and Perimeter Fence

There are different types of artificial turf textures that form the base of the field, varying in density and thickness. These turfs, necessary for indoor artificial turf field construction, are designed according to the characteristics of the area and customer requests. The scoreboard designed for mini football fields is highly ergonomic. The fence wires that prevent game materials from leaving the field are essential as they protect the area from external influences. The artificial turf is laid on wet felt to ensure proper installation on compacted gravel. Synthetic turf is then laid on top of the felt. The seams of the turf are glued with a polyurethane-based adhesive. The field lines are then applied on top. Washed and dried silica sand is poured into the turf using a spreading machine. The turf is brushed with a machine to distribute the sand evenly.
